How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for production before your item is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, all Mantrafine Jewellery comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain its brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth and store them in the provided Mantrafine pouch to prevent scratches.
